Salary: 45k per annum plus Car Allowance
Hours: Full Time 37.5 hours per week

Who you are…
You will act as the first point of contact for all incoming TelCo’s aligning to our business, supporting the Business Development Team by providing account oversight and supporting with client care, solutions and operations. You will also be the acting as the ‘point person’ facilitating and translating between Telcos with a ‘right first time’ attitude.
What you’ll be doing:
- Support the Account Director as deals are closed before then managing the accounts into a long term strategic partnership
- Acquire the rights for Complete Fibre in Landlord buildings
- Reviewing weekly data and updating relevant teams with key trends and information
- Monitoring accounts and how it’s driving business revenue and growth, communicating to key stakeholders across the business
- Attending face-to-face meetings with clients and providing weekly status reports
- Ensuring there is regular communication within the team regarding key updates or issues
- Provide support to other departments regarding client care, solutions and operations
- Maintain the long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders acquired by the Business
- Managing the overall process having an overview on client care from engagement to delivery
- Creating solutions across multiple stakeholders such as HA’s, ISP’s, Landlords, Local Authorities, Developers, Central Government, Manufacturers, Adult Social Care and Asset Managers
- Leading Telco relationships, initiatives, solutions and project-based activities with customer focus, commercial awareness and technical skills
- Thinking of non-traditional ‘out of the box’ solutions for the customer and good preparation ability
- Managing workflows and projects through CRM
- Review processes and make recommendations for improvement and automation for continual improvement
- Ensure compliance with the Complete Fibre Security Policy, with particular emphasis on the protection of customer sensitive information in line with GDPR
- Providing good customer service, and taking the customers on a journey ‘the CTG way’
How you’ll be doing it…
- You will have been personally responsible/ accountable for fixing, enhancing, initiating or creating solutions across multiple stakeholders to include, Hospitality, Housing Associations, ISP’s, Altnets, Local Authorities, Developers, Asset Managers, Central Government, Landlords, Manufacturers and Adult Social Care.
- Project and Account Management experience is desired but not essential
- You will be able to communicate with a number of stakeholders across the business, translating the needs of the TelCo yet understand the needs of other teams
- Some exposure and insight into social housing will be helpful
- You will need to communicate effectively and having resilience to deal with tough situations i.e., being challenged by customers, or having difficult queries/scenarios
- You will have strong planning, and negotiation skills
- Thinking on your feet when things don’t go to plan
- You must be proactive to meet tight deadlines, and have a strong ability to work under pressure
- Be commercially minded, and ethical
- You will have excellent understanding of the business, industry and product knowledge
- Where there are issues, you will be solution-focused to try and resolve any issues smoothly without damaging the CTG brand
- You must be analytical and understand the business data with high attention to detail
- Prioritising your time and managing your calendars efficiently
- Being organised, project managing, and able to work independently
- Having the drive, motivation, and pushing yourself to succeed to meet SLA’s for the business
