Who we are looking for:

Highly organised, adaptable, enthusiastic and friendly TEFL Teachers with a professional hardworking ethos.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Teach English to foreign students aged 8-17 for 30 contact hours per week.
  • Approx 15 students per class.
  • Plan, prepare and teach lessons in accordance with the recommended syllabus.
  • Assist with the testing of new students where required.
  • Complete all class registers on a daily basis.
  • Attend course meetings as required (usually once per week).
  • Be familiar with the site specific NSX Ltd Health and Safety Policy Statement and Company Culture to observe safe working methods.

You must:

  • Be passionate about working with children and young adults.
  • Be able to reside at summer residential camp - onsite accommodation provided including meals charged at £56 per week.
  • Be able to teach on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday each week.
  • Be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to relate to young people.
  • Manage the well-being of children and young people, under your supervision at all times.
  • Plan appropriately for the lessons that you are timetabled for.
  • Protect and maintain all properties belonging to the company.
  • Check in with group leaders/operations team.
  • Report any incidents to senior staff.
  • Assist any person requiring medical treatment or refer to a qualified First Aider.
  • Gain satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance and references.

Job Type: Temporary contract
Contract length: 6 weeks
