Who we are looking for:
Highly organised, adaptable, enthusiastic and friendly TEFL Teachers with a professional hardworking ethos.
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach English to foreign students aged 8-17 for 30 contact hours per week.
- Approx 15 students per class.
- Plan, prepare and teach lessons in accordance with the recommended syllabus.
- Assist with the testing of new students where required.
- Complete all class registers on a daily basis.
- Attend course meetings as required (usually once per week).
- Be familiar with the site specific NSX Ltd Health and Safety Policy Statement and Company Culture to observe safe working methods.
You must:
- Be passionate about working with children and young adults.
- Be able to reside at summer residential camp - onsite accommodation provided including meals charged at £56 per week.
- Be able to teach on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday each week.
- Be friendly, energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to relate to young people.
- Manage the well-being of children and young people, under your supervision at all times.
- Plan appropriately for the lessons that you are timetabled for.
- Protect and maintain all properties belonging to the company.
- Check in with group leaders/operations team.
- Report any incidents to senior staff.
- Assist any person requiring medical treatment or refer to a qualified First Aider.
- Gain satisfactory Enhanced DBS clearance and references.
