Job description
Accurocare currently runs four Care Homes across England & Wales and we have a great opportunity for a part time Administrator to work with our friendly Head Office Team supporting our busy Health & Safety and Learning & Development departments. Please note, this is an in person, office based role, not suitable for home working.
You will be expected to work with both the Health & Safety Manager and the Learning and Development Manager with any administrative tasks that they may delegate, supporting and enabling them to manage their workloads successfully.
You will need:
- to have experience of and be confident in the use of Outlook, 365, Word, Excel.
- to have experience of and be accurate with data entry, having a good eye for detail
- to be a confident and clear communicator at all levels both verbally and in writing.
- to be able to organise, prioritise and manage your workload and your time effectively
- to be a good team player, providing strong support to the departments and the Company as a whole
This is a part time role of 25 hours per week 9.30-2.30, Monday to Friday, you won't be expected to work on weekends or Public Holidays.
