Job description
Are you looking to join the next technology revolution? Do you love the buzz of an innovative workplace with a start-up culture? Do you love to come up with ideas and have the opportunity to put them into practice?
This remote working role provides an exciting opportunity to create engaging customer journeys and develop continuous improvement loops in partnership with the sales and technology teams. Leveraging our experience of delivering high quality service to established telecoms companies we launched our market leading SaaS solution 4 years ago and have won multiple awards and landed major logos, such as LEGO, Vail Resorts and the Coop.
The company is seeking a proactive self-starter to build journeys using our suite of in house developed tools. The successful applicant will work closely with the sales team, the deployment lead and, on occasion the development team to create journeys that increase conversion rates; educate the consumer on the benefits of our clients’ products or services; and capture valuable learnings about consumer desires and needs.
About Us
Conversity is an innovative software as a service (SaaS) technology company with a growth culture. We have built a class leading Intelligent Guided Sales Solution that we have already sold to several early adopters. Our vision is to be the first choice for Intelligent guided selling in across multiple sectors in both Retail and Brands. In order to achieve we are looking for an individual who is happy to work within the parameters of our product while providing effective feedback to the product team such that we can enhance the product.
Core to this is our focus on our company culture – a diverse organisation, every individual is respected for the added value they bring to our thriving business.
About You
With 5 plus years of experience, you will have a Graduate degree in Psychology, Marketing with Consumer behaviour, or similar – however excellent candidates with a different degree or with appropriate skills gained outside of university will also be considered. You will also have strong knowledge of consumer brands and the retail sector, along with a passion for shopping (both online and instore). Ideally you will have an eye for good design in order to make the journeys look beautiful but this not essential as you will have support in this area. Some knowledge of e-Commerce and in-store technology is preferred, but ultimately the successful candidate will be eager to learn.
You are highly motivated, recognise the value of interacting with your colleagues and are searching for an enthusiastic environment in which to progress your career. You value working among a team of intelligent and passionate people and, importantly, you value these individuals and the diverse opinions they offer, recognising that they may not share your perspective or may have constraints you are not aware. At Conversity we seek to understand before we comment.
You are naturally curious and are genuinely interested in other people. A strong team player, where many people complain about a shortcoming, you see an opportunity for improvement.
You are a strong verbal and written communicator, and you have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
And last, but not least, you enjoy being part of a team and understand a culture where we win or lose together.
What we will teach you
We are looking for potential (but that doesn’t mean we discount the value of experience and accumulated wisdom). We will teach you how to analyse a prospect’s current performance and how our solutions will help them to increase cart size, reduce abandonment and drive higher e-commerce revenues.
If you love the job but consider you do not have all of the skills or experience described please do not let that hold you back. We have described our ideal candidate but we live in the real world.
