About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager to join the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Information Security, Management and Privacy team within CIB COO Infrastructure Services. This role is responsible for Global Privacy Governance for CIB in alignment with Enterprise Policies. The ideal candidate is a proven leader and manager with experience supporting business execution of front-line risk programs and to act as an advocate for the business. This position is a consultative leader, team manager and a critical partner with the business, operations, technology, and other compliance and risk teams to enable successful business outcomes for key business initiatives.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage and develop an international team while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.
  • Lead the global CIB Privacy, ADA, and Digital Properties Programs to ensure CIB compliance to Enterprise policy and identify and assess operational program risks as they related to CIB business units.
  • Develop and maintain oversight of a global privacy program across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas (LatAm, Canada, and US).
  • Provide oversight to the review of requirements and implementation of RCSAs and Controls, to ensure Businesses are executing programs as expected.
  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring the applied practice of the Enterprise Privacy, ADA and Digital Properties policies / procedures for the business line.
  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.
  • Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk.
  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy for the Privacy, ADA and Digital Properties Programs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Management experience
Desired Qualifications:
  • Certifications such as CIPP, CIPM is desired.
  • Knowledge and understanding of compliance and regulatory laws as well as risk associated with noncompliance for GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, ADA, Privacy and Digital Properties.
  • Strong functional working knowledge of Issues Management process, Corrective Action management and RCSA as well as a strong track record of on-time issue closure and validation.
  • Experience creating and implementing strategic plans and roadmaps for business initiatives.
  • Willingness to take ownership and responsibility for managing program risks and issues
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
  • Ability to interact effectively and confidently with business and program management.
  • Executive level presentations and communications.
  • Critical thinking, problem solving and collaboration.
