Technology Recruitment Consultant - The Company:

Technology Recruitment Consultant - The Role:
- Cold calling clients to find develop and maintain relationships with businesses, CEOs and directors
- Negotiating fees and salaries
- Headhunting candidates, through adverts, LinkedIn, networking, coldcalling and making sure they match requirements
- Interviewing and screening candidates, preparing them for interviews and ensuring they are happy throughout the process.
- Managing the entire recruitment process and placing candidates being rewarding with commission.

Technology Recruitment Consultant – Requirements
- 2:1 or above from top university OR strong sales experience (B2B, Telesales, Estate Agency, BDR)
- Money motivated, performance driven and target focused mindset
- Evidence of winning outside of academics, including promotions, sporting achievements, any extracurricular achievements or societies
