Technology Delivery Lead
Location: Newcastle
Please Note: Due to the nature of client work you will be undertaking, you will need to be willing to go through a Security Clearance process as part of this , which requires 5+ years UK address history at the point of application.

As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for:
Delivering the contractual commitments in terms of schedule, scope, quality and budget
Proactively managing risks and issues in the pursuit of this outcome
Leading medium-to-large teams (10-25 resources)
Creating a growth culture within your project/team, and support the development of our people
Building trusted relationships with your client and internal stakeholders
Internal reporting and forecasting associated with the engagement you will work on, including financials and resourcing
The following skills and experience are essential for this role:
Proven project management experience across a number of years including; mobilisation, project planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting, risk and issue management and budget control
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives at once to meet deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to organise project teams accordingly and manage change
An understanding of core technologies and technical concepts, that supports successful project delivery through the ability to question, challenge and communicate
Experience in leading a continual planning process in complex environments, identifying and managing dependencies and showing adaptability in the face of challenges
Experience of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Confidence in managing and reporting on the project finances to deliver against the original deal economics
Ability to independently build and lead medium-to-large teams
Set yourself apart:
Possess market relevant certifications that are relevant to this role (e.g. PMP)
Have strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the other suite of Microsoft Office products.
Have experience working with Agile Delivery tools (e.g. JIRA).
