Job description
We are looking for a hardworking and loyal employee to join our family run business as Production / Warehouse Assistant.
J.C.Trophies is located in the industrial sector of Tyseley, Birmingahm, B112BA - J.C Trophies Ltd - www.jctrophies.com & www.jcbespoke.com. We also sell a number of fitness products through our sister company Iron Fit Gear - www.ironfitgear.com
We are looking for a production assistant to join our small & friendly team. Duties will include making trophies, attaching centres and ribbons to medals, picking out stock, tidying & cleaining workshop, stock takes, counting out orders, engraving trophies, cleaning kitchen area, heavy lifting of stock and unloading containers of weights will be required. The job role would suit someone with nimble fingers and a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate would possess a methodical approach to work. Duties will vary between multi-tasking several orders at once to repetitive production line work where by the same trophies/medals are built for longer periods of time. At peak times the ability to work under pressure is essential.
The work environment is a warehouse/factory with production work being undertaken standing up, therefore the successful candidate will need to be physically fit to be able to undertake their daily duties.
We are also seeking a reliable candidate with a good track record of loyal service in previous employment. Full on the job training will be provided but candidates with previous experience of working in the awards business will be given priority.

The role has an initial probationary training period of 3 months. Salary offered is minimum wage. A genuine opportunity for long term employment on a rolling 12 month fixed term contract exists.
Hours of work
- Monday to Thursday - 9am to 4.15pm
- Friday - 9am - 4pm
