Are you looking for a career as a Business Analyst within a fast paced and buzzing Technology function, then our Associate Business Analyst role may be the stepping stone that you are looking for!
Our fab, innovative and forward-thinking Tech team are officed based working from our head office in Coventry. We are in the office pretty much on a day to day basis.
As an Associate Business Analyst, you’ll be a proactive thinker, drive on time delivery and have strong organisation skills whilst also being a great communicator. You’ll support the wider delivery team with the management of User Stories/Requirements received from our Programme Teams from initial receipt, through refinement and to supporting the deployment of the Features/Project scope.
This is a great opportunity where you will be supported through your development by our Business Analysts, Principal Business Analysts and our Business Analyst Team Manager. Collaborative working with Business Analysts is key in this role to enable the delivery of our Technology Solutions through feature/completion. You’ll create, record, and manage JIRA issues as necessary to enable technical development, testing, deployment and meets the Definition of Done. Whilst contributing to all product documentation such as functional descriptions and requirement gathering (where necessary), writing user stories including the defining acceptance criteria.
You’ll also play an active role in communicating between internal teams and departments, acting as a 'translator or champion' to convey how product features can support the organisation's needs alongside that of the customer.

Ideally you will be familiar with working within an Agile/SAFe Portfolio.
