Our Aspiring Developer Programme will train you to code and develop the software that will help solve complex banking problems and be vital to the way we all live tomorrow. This is an opportunity for people who want to make a real difference in a fast-moving world. You don’t need to know how to code or have a background in technology. Throughout your programme, we’ll give you the tools to:

What we are looking for:
To be considered for this programme, you must be motivated, curious and keen to problem solve with a strong degree or expected degree – in any area (without coding as an outcome of your qualification).
Ideally, you would also have: An interest in working in technology with a passion to deliver the next technological breakthrough, and the ability to act as a bridge between the business and technology teams.
Working at Knutsford
Set in a stunning 64-acre site, Barclays Technology Centre Radbroke in Knutsford, Cheshire, is a tech hub like no other. The campus has tennis courts, gardens and even bee hives, as well as the latest in technology systems, equipment, and development.
Radbroke is our biggest tech hub and our 24/7 command centre. Radbroke is also where game-changing technology firsts are dreamt up and brought to life.
