About The Role
Your main responsibilities will be:
- To service all makes and models of vehicles to a high standard
- To competently undertake any necessary fast fit repairs
- Where required to be involved in the pricing of repairs and the communication to the customer
- To thoroughly quality check all work undertaken
- To successfully complete Class 4 *(&7) MOT Tests adhering to DVSA/VOSA requirements
- To update the CP and service crew on MOT passes & failures
- To identify any repair or service requirements and communicate this to the CP or where requested the customer directly
- Where required to be involved in the pricing of repairs and subsequent communication to the customer
- Perform MOT repairs where required
You will be expected to work as part of the centre service team whilst on site, ensuring appropriate support is provided to the service crew, thus ensuring both customer satisfaction is achieved and multifunctional working/support is provided.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work on their own initiative, with the ability to manage their time effectively
- Is happy to be flexible and travel across multiple centres as needed
- Ideally has some previous supervisory or management experience

Required Criteria
- Automotive service & MOT: 2 years (minimum)
- Level 3 Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
- Full Driving Licence
- Class 4/7 MOT licence
