CONSTRUCTION INSTALLATION LEAD
VIRGINIA BEACH/HAMPTON ROADS, VA SERVICE AREA
Baker Installations currently has an opening for a Lead Construction/Installation Technician in our Hampton Roads, VA service area for Commercial Wiring applications. If you are experienced in Cable, Telephone, Construction, Roofing, Electrical, Alarms, Satellite, Maintenance/repair, Service or similar work, this career opportunity might be a good fit for you.
Our Technicians achieve superior results as they construct and/or install cable wiring, fiber wiring, alarms, and complete various Multi Dwelling unit solutions.

Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage (not piece work) plus bonus opportunities.
Average first year earnings of $65,000

Qualifications
Technician candidates must:
Be at least 21 years old
Be able to carry and climb an 80-pound, 28’ extension ladder, many times each day
Have at least a High School Diploma or equivalent
Have a valid Driver’s License and good driving record
Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Maximum body weight 275 pounds to comply with safety limitations of equipment
Company paid local daily travel is required, to complete work as assigned.
The right candidate will have an aptitude for attention to detail, a focus on craftsmanship, and flexibility to do varied work assignments based on specific project requirements.
