Job description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Organise and establish a control system to monitor the efficiency of systems;
- Ensure all equipment complies with safety standards;
- Undertake research based on materials and equipment to use;
- Decide what process needs to be carried out for each car based on equipment, and specifications for each vehicle
- Test car components and systems to check for faults
- Repair system faults and provide appropriate coding
- Replace or repair faulty car parts
- Remapping cars and coding for the car electronic control unit (ecu)
The following skills and experience are relevant to the role:
- Degree in mechanical engineering
- Knowledge of car remapping
- Ability to detect and diagnose different car system faults
- Experience with using different diagnostic computers
- Knowledge of engineering;
- Good communication skills;
- Previous experience is desired.

Salary: £26,720.00-£31,520.00 per year
