We are looking to recruit to the position of an Assistant Manager for Children's Care Homes. The post will be full time, permanent.

The Assistant Manager will support the Registered Manager on the operational direction and organise the effective running of a Residential Care Services in accordance with their Statements of Purpose. The Assistant Manager will provide supervision to other team members, as well as assisting with monitoring, reviewing and evaluating the quality of services provided.
The Assistant Manager with work with the Residential Management Team to drive continuous improvement for the Service, and the implementation of efficient and robust monitoring and quality assurance arrangements.
They will ensure children and young people accommodated in the Service receive high quality care and support which successfully promote their safety and wellbeing.
