Role: Technical Writer I

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Technical Writer to join our Project Validation Team in Wythenshawe, Manchester.
You will be responsible for the preparation and implementation of documents such as manufacturing instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other documentation that supports our performance of activities within production facilities aligning to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
What To Expect:
- You will be reviewing current documentation for organization, content, technical accuracy and style.
- Formatting documents effectively to provide document users with easy to read and understand documents
- Remaining informed of manufacturing activities to determine the need for revisions, corrections and changes in documents
- Organizing small improvement project meetings to ensure actions are outlined and provides a forum to update on the status of these actions
- Coordinating the collaborative review process and establishing review and edit cycles
What We Expect:
- A background in technical writing theory and practices
- Fluency in English and excellent written skills are essential to produce clear and concise manufacturing instructions, SOPs, flow diagrams and track changes
- Computer literate to confidently navigate a variety of software programs.
