We are looking for a highly skilled digital marketing manager, focused on paid search and social media, to join our Growth Marketing team. The Digital Marketing Specialist, PPC will be responsible for managing and optimizing our paid search and social campaigns for Relias.com, on platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate must have strong analytics and problem-solving skills, experience managing lead gen or B2B-focused paid search and social campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Working across departments/teams (Demand Gen, Content Marketing, Events Marketing, UX/UI, Creative, Product Marketing, etc.) to develop paid digital strategies that will contribute to developing pipeline and bookings broader marketing and branding campaigns.
- Managing a digital portfolio of campaigns across paid search, paid social, and display in native ad platforms or 3rd party tools. Including:
- Conducting keyword research, setting up campaigns, and writing text/image ads and landing page copy
- Maintaining and monitoring keyword bids, spend, CVR, CPL, impression share, quality score and other important KPIs. Reviewing post-conversion data to ensure high quality leads are delivered.
- A/B testing and regular optimizations for ongoing campaigns. Work with design/creative and UX/UI to have landing pages, images, and videos created as needed.
- Growing and improving performance through new campaigns, keyword expansion or negating, campaign and ad group structuring, audience targeting, remarketing, and other facets of paid digital media to meet lead, pipeline, and booking goals.
- Communicating results within and outside of the Growth Marketing team to relay performance data and provide insights.
- Maintaining/growing subject matter knowledge by staying current on industry news, platform updates, product enhancements, & innovations
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- DATA ANALYSIS: Natural curiosity about tracking results, ability to create stories out of data that is presented to you. Able to create custom reports for paid digital media using Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, and search engine platform reports
- COMMUNICATIONS: Strong spelling, grammar, and creative writing skills. Ability to listen effectively and translate verbal communication into written plans, ask relevant questions, and provide feedback
- ORGANIZATION: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to handle multiple tasks
- TIME MANAGEMENT: Manages time efficiently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines, responses in a timely manner
- ACTIVE LEARNER: Seeks out information and enjoys learning new skills, tools, and process. Stays up to date on changes/trends in the paid digital media field. Asks questions and takes advantage of learning opportunities.
- MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of current best practices in paid search and social media marketing
- A minimum of 3 years of experience creating and optimizing paid search and paid social campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn)
- 1+ years’ experience working with B2B SaaS products, lead generation campaigns, and/or Healthcare-related marketing.
- Proficiency using Google Analytics and/or Salesforce data to evaluate campaign and website performance.
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads platforms
- High School Diploma or associate degree and 3+ years of recent paid digital experience
