A market leading tech company are looking for their next Technical Support Engineer Immediately! Are you technically minded? Are you an excellent communicator? Do you want to work for an expanding UK security company who are already internationally established? Then this Technical Support Engineer(TSE) position could be perfect for you! Our clients are a leading supplier of market leading security products to include Access Control & Intercom systems. As a TSE, you will be predominantly responsible for the day to day technical queries that their clients may encounter. Furthermore, you will; support the sales team with all proposal creations and technical expertise, demonstrate products at trade shows and on-site visits (ad hoc) and be the go to person for all technical queries across a range of products. To succeed within this position, ideally you will have; a strong understanding of all things IP! Further knowledge of security products, very strong IT skills, a pro-active outlook and an ability to communicate effectively would also be beneficial! This position is predominantly office based so effective collaboration can be achieved between teams.
