Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This is a remote position and candidates can be located anywhere within the United States. Hours of operation are 9 am PST to 5 pm PST, please take note of the time for working hours in your time zone, if you are not in the PST time zone.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls through your computer, scheduling home inspection requests from clients, and providing them with information about our inspection services.
We are looking for stable individuals who are curious, outgoing individuals who take pride in their work. Having a background in anything related to real estate and/or construction is a plus!
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding home inspection services.
- Schedule home inspection requests for clients.
- Educate customers about the home inspection process and answer any questions they may have.
- Learn about home inspections and become knowledgeable about home systems to better assist clients.
- Manage customer information and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed performance goals and targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information about home inspections, termite inspections, and home systems.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Apps.
Technical Requirements:
- A modern computer (Mac/Apple preferred).
- A good internet connection.
- A quiet background environment.
- Headphones (optional).
Pay:
- $2,000 per month + commission
