Starting salary from £23,715 per annum, dependent on skills and experience, with an annual increment up to £27,131 per annum

We are seeking a flexible team player with good administrative skills to join UEA in this newly created Operations Administrator role within the Research & Innovation Service.

This wide-ranging and varied role focuses on providing administrative support and day-to-day supervision of The Enterprise Centre front of house team, along with responsibility for other operational administration across the Research and Innovation Service, including health and safety, staff recruitment and personnel administration. You will work closely with the Operations Manager to inform and develop this new role and make it your own.

You must be able to work as part of a team, have strong communication skills, be prepared to use your initiative and enjoy working in a changing and fast-paced environment. You will have experience of providing administrative and logistical support services for a team and be able to fulfil the rest of the essential criteria detailed in the person specification.

This full-time post is available immediately on an indefinite basis.

Whilst this role is advertised as onsite on a full-time basis, we would be open to hybrid working, with a minimum of three days onsite per week.
