Technical Support Engineer required
Salary to £42K
Work for a rapidly growing manufacturer
- Diagnosing faults on the companies range of Heat Pumps remotely
- Advise on-site engineers on what the solution is for issues they've been called out to
- Proactively analyse and diagnose issues where units aren't meeting the COP's that was quoted on installation

THE PERSON
- Prior experience working on retail refrigeration, either as an on-site engineer or as a Technical Support Engineer is essential
- Computer literate with a keen interest in the Technical workings of equipment
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Salary to £42K but negotiable for the right candidate

THE LOCATION
- There are limited remote working opportunities with this position and as such a successful candidate would have to live in West Yorkshire
- Suitable locations include- Leeds, Bradford, Dewsbury, Batley, Wakefield Castleford
