What to expect:

During the 5-day placement at our UK Head Office in Weybridge, you will get first-hand insight into 4 commercial functions (Sales, Brand, Supply and Finance) so that you can really understand what you might be best suited to. Our Academy Week is an all-expenses paid placement (including 4 nights' accommodation) which will give you the opportunity to meet with senior leaders as well as recent graduates so you can get a real sense for what its like to work for P&G after 1 year or 20!

You’ll also work on a project where you’ll get to demonstrate your knowledge and learning ability on one of the biggest challenges facing society today. You will be expected to dive right in and take the lead on your project from the beginning.

We are looking for:

We search for people who have a record of making a positive impact on projects, events and groups, who collaborate with people and can understand what makes them tick.

We want individuals who can think strategically and generate new ideas and can not only persuade other partners to support them but also see the idea through to completion.

• University students currently in their first year of 3 year degree or 2nd year of a 4 year degree.

• Evidence of passion and achievements in academic and/or non-academic activities.

• Demonstrated leadership skills and strong analytical capability

• Excellent communication and social skills.

• Strong English verbal and writing skills.
