Job description
The role is dynamic and involves both working as a team to deliver projects and solutions and also independently providing technical support to clients. Clients are based in and around Essex, Hertfordshire and London.
The role includes but isn’t limited to:
- Providing customer focused support (Remote & Onsite)
- Project / Implementation assistance /lead
- Server support / administration / installation / migration
- Office 365 / Azure AD / Intune administration/setup/migration
- Network setup - VLANs, switches, Wifi AP, firewall/router setup
You must have the following attributes:
- In depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft desktop/server systems
- In depth experience and knowledge of Microsoft Cloud technologies
- In depth networking knowledge/experience
- Excellent project planning skills
- Excellent telephone manor
- Professional approach
- Be presentable
- Have own car and clean driving license
- Willing to go the extra mile
- Appetite to learn/succeed
- Have a problem solving approach to troubleshooting issues
- Be able to think outside the box
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £34,000.00-£43,000.00 per year
