We are looking for dynamic consultants to grow our Information Systems & Digital team in Montréal. Your experience, knowledge, and commitment will help us to face our client's challenges.
You will be supporting different projects through your expertise as IT Support Specialist.
Your main responsibilities:
Provide level 2 and 3 Hardware/OS/Desktop migration support
Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs
Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system
Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
At least 8 years of proven experience in IT Support or similar roles
Strong technical knowledge and experience with various operating systems (such as Windows, macOS, Linux), hardware components, networking protocols, and troubleshooting methodologies. Proficiency in software installation, configuration, and support is also important
Experience in providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Windows 10 end-users
Excellent written and spoken skills in English and good knowledge of French is a plus

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
