Customer Service Advisor - Technical Support
Monday to Friday: 8am - 4.30pm/ 9.30am - 6pm
Glasgow City Centre
We are recruiting for a client/customer focused team based in Glasgow City Centre where you will be working for a leading company within the communications industry.
Role:
- You will be providing excellent customer service to clients
- Working on several different systems
- Speaking with both internal and external teams
- Managing your own time - ensuring all tasks are complete
- Working both as a team and individually
- Speaking with customers via phone, email and livechat
- Responding to clients queries and resolving any issues/complaints
