Position Overview:
Provide leadership in developing and implementing key talent sourcing strategies, screening job candidates for various levels within the company and managing third party relationships with staffing firms and online resources. Will educate hiring managers on sophisticated interviewing tactics, develop and deliver executive level reporting and participate in the new hire onboarding process. Position will provide opportunities to contribute to strategic H.R. initiatives and manage special projects to support company-wide talent acquisition practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develops and facilitates all phases of the recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective advertising and sourcing content to attract high potential talent for both industrial and professional positions.
- Research and evaluate various sourcing opportunities to ensure state-of-the-art practices are utilized to identify a diverse and qualified candidate pool for each available role.
- Participate in the development and execution of employment branding initiatives.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews and assess potential capabilities to form recommendations to hiring management.
- Provide leadership in our college recruiting initiatives to include apprenticeships and internships.
- Prepare, deliver and negotiate job offers on behalf of hiring management personnel.
- Participate in the onboarding process to include planned new hire follow up and reporting.
- Prepare staffing activity reports to include key metrics relating to cost and timing.
- Educate hiring managers on effective interviewing tactics and practices.
- Manage our applicant tracking system.
- Maintain full standards for compliance to support the hiring process within the organization.
- Participate in special projects to support strategic Human Resources initiatives.

Position Requirements:
- A minimum of two years of full-time talent acquisition experience within a staffing firm or corporate setting is strongly preferred.
- A Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or Liberal Arts or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Intermediate level of proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work on site to support and interface with industrial and corporate staff.
