Job Description
U.S. Bank is seeking a highly skilled Foreign Exchange Production and Readiness Support Lead with experience in business intelligence applications to contribute toward the success of our technology initiatives. Collaborates with the IT team to develop and enhance products and solutions tailored for front and back-office operations. Partners with teammates across various lines of business, including front office, back office and IT partners to gather requirements and ensure optimal product development. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Foreign Exchange market and the financial impacts of Foreign Exchange products on the organization. Effectively communicate complex concepts and technical details to teammates. Provides leadership and guidance to teammates, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project execution. Conducts thorough testing and quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, functionality, and efficiency of developed products.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 7 years experience with BI applications; decision support systems, query and reporting, online analytical processing, statistical analysis, forecasting, and data mining.
- At least 5 years experience with tools, facilities and techniques for managing and administering data.
- At least 9 years experience within a total information technology (IT) environment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
