FTTP Admin / Project Co-Ordinator

Fibreray Ltd is seeking an admin/project coordinator. The Admin Role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) department. This role will also involve learning industry knowledge and supporting the Civils Co Ordinator in their duties. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities Include

  • Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks of the department, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation pertaining to projects, including digital and physical filing systems.
  • Learn and develop a sound understanding of the FTTP industry, including terminology, processes, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the Civils Co Ordinator to support their activities, such as coordinating project schedules, liaising with external vendors, and tracking project progress.
  • Prepare and distribute project-related reports, including obtaining necessary data and ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with the procurement and inventory management of equipment and materials required for FTTP projects.
  • Conduct research and gather relevant information for presentations, meetings, or reports as requested by the FTTP team.
  • Support the team in troubleshooting administrative issues, ensuring that problems are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Skills

  • Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to work, with a willingness to learn and grow in the FTTP industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
