Graduate/ Technical Support Analyst in Financial Software House
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who wants to get into the IT world and/or wishes to progress into software development or testing with a software house specialising in the world of finance
The Successful Technical Support Analyst will ideally have a degree within Computer Science/ IT Science/IT and A-level Maths qualification
As a technical support analyst your role would be to provide technical support for the external and internal clients by being their first point of contact for this clients bespoke financial product range with a view to a future move into development or testing of the products, depending on your aptitude and career goals.
You will have great communication, analytical and problem solving skills, with an interest in forging a successful career within IT. You must have a strong academic background.
Although not essential any programming experience in VB/VB.NET and SQL DBA skills would be highly advantageous.
