Report to: Operations Manager
Location: Maidenhead, UK (Flexible working at business discretion. Max 2 days p/wk)
Schedule: Full time, Monday-Friday, 09:00–17:30

Having launched Ambimization 3 years ago, it is now being used in the paint, ink and automotive industries such as Fujifilm, Aston Martin and Jaguar Land Rover. The company is now positioned to roll out Ambimization globally, we are looking to develop the team to deliver on the businesses Ambimization growth strategy.
Job Summary
We are seeking an individual to support both the Operations Manager and Financial Controller in the day-to-day requirements of their respective areas. The role will be responsible for a variety of office, operational and accounting administration, as well as customer service-related activities.
Job Description
As an Operations & Accounts Assistant, you will:
- Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager
- Assist in the formulation, implementation, maintenance and recording of operational processes and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customer service
- Track and invoice customer agreements
- Monitor, track and chase company aged receivables
- Process company expenditure and manage dedicated cash accounts
- Oversee and maintain facility agreements and supplies
- Assist with the cross departmental procurement of goods and services
Qualifications/Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have:
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills
- A right to work in the UK
- Competency with Microsoft office suite
Desired Characteristics
The ideal candidate will also have:
- Experience working in a chemical, manufacturing or production environment
- Bookkeeping expertise
- Knowledge of industry relevant regulations and industry standards
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and 14001 processes
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
