IT Technical Support Specialist
The Rose Care Group, are seeking a friendly, motivated and skilled IT Technical Support Specialist to join our team on a part time basis. The primary responsibility of this role is to provide technical assistance and support to our employees for day-to-day IT-related issues.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in Microsoft Office applications, and be proficient in setting up laptops according to company specifications. This role will be mostly remote but may from time to time be required to travel to one of our sites across Devon and Somerset.
This role will appeal to individuals that are looking for part time work, looking for flexible hours to suit family commitments / better work life balance and of course who enjoy working in IT.
Coding experience is not essential, but will VBA be taught on the job.

Requirements:
- DBS check
- Some flexibility to do overtime when required
- Willing to attend our homes as and when required (Mileage will be paid)
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 17.5 per week
Salary: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
