We are looking for a new member of the team to take on a very active role in assisting with the day-to-day running of the office/warehouse and Service Centre.
Terms of employment Full time (with initial probationary period) Hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Location New Milton, Hampshire UK
- Supporting customers via phone & email and repairing faulty/damaged products returned.
- Preparing quotations to meet customer requirements.
- Communicating requirements to responsible Sales Account Manager.
- Updating and maintaining customer warranty database.
- Improving knowledge of product and repairing product.
- Arranging collections and dispatches with courier companies. Booking onto software systems.
- Experience in the processing of sales orders.
