Job description

We are looking for a new member of the team to take on a very active role in assisting with the day-to-day running of the office/warehouse and Service Centre.

Terms of employment Full time (with initial probationary period) Hours are 8:30am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Location New Milton, Hampshire UK

• Supporting customers via phone & email and repairing faulty/damaged products returned.
• Preparing quotations to meet customer requirements.
• Communicating requirements to responsible Sales Account Manager.
• Updating and maintaining customer warranty database.
• Improving knowledge of product and repairing product.
• Arranging collections and dispatches with courier companies. Booking onto software systems.
• Experience in the processing of sales orders.
