Are you looking for a new and exciting in-bound contact centre / customer service challenge working for a great business while being based at home?

If so, British Nannies is looking for 2 x Contact Centre Support Agent to join our Business Operations team. We welcome applications from anywhere in the UK.

About Us

British Nannies provides families with temporary and emergency in-home childcare, for example when a family’s usual carer is not available, or their nursery / school is closed. You will be working closely with our caregivers and partner providers to ensure the highest quality childcare is provided across the UK.

The Role

We are seeking 2 x home-based Contact Centre Support Agents to be responsible for receiving and responding to incoming communications via phone and chat. We are looking for team members who can adapt to new processes quickly. These roles could work well alongside another flexible job, studies, or family commitments.

The working hours for these current roles are either:

· Morning shift: Monday to Friday 07:00 – 12:30; OR

· Afternoon shift: Monday to Friday 13:30 – 19:00

You will need to have a quiet environment to work in along with your own computer, webcam, mobile phone and a good internet connection.

This is not a customer facing role however communication with your fellow co-workers is paramount, so you will work together on a Zoom call with your co-workers when shifts overlap to help split your workload effectively.

What you will deliver

· Taking inbound phone calls from our clients’ contact centres, responding to and logging these

· Conversing with our childcare team members via our chat facility

· Raising Tasks for other team members to administrate

· Working to achieve team and individual targets on a weekly / monthly basis

· Consistently delivering the highest quality customer service to everyone we interact with

Key Responsibilities, Skills and Attitudes

· Ability to work on your own initiative, with a high degree of reliability and confidentiality

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· To be a self-starter who thrives on a challenge – this is a busy role!

· Previous experience with a Salesforce or similar CRM platform would be highly advantageous
