Sales Administrator
Yolk Recruitment are excited to be closely working with a Successful and Growing Manufacturing company to find a driven Sales Administrator to join their team in Cwmbran.
They have been in business for over 100 years, and are a leading supplier of equipment and engineering solutions for various sectors including Biotech, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, Semi-Conductor and Food & Beverage Industries in Ireland and UK
This is what you'll be doing
This is an excellent opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a dynamic manufacturing company based in Cwmbran. You will join a small sales team to provide technical and commercial support to the customers regarding their orders. You will also:
- Receive customer requirements and convert them into quotes and enter into the CRM system.
- Support customers in the resolution of any technical issues or queries they may have about products and their orders
- Expedite customers purchase and sales orders when needed
- Process all sales and purchase orders in an efficiently and timely manner, completing administration around this
- Support all orders through the end-to-end process, answering any questions and queries customers and other departments may have.
- Remain up to date with the product range provided by the business
- Regularly communicate with various teams to ensure accurate orders and timely deliveries, and updating customers when necessary
- Work to company standards and follow company procedures including Health & Safety
- Ensure all systems are kept up to date and managed effectively, including checking all processed orders
The experience you'll bring to the team
As a friendly Sales administrator, you'll need to have previous administration experience, ideally within a manufacturing setting, as well as:
- Knowledge or experience of Supply Chain and Shipping would be handy but isn't essential
- Excellent communication skills with people at all levels.
- Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- The ability to make effective decisions and to work within tight deadlines.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service to all customers.
- An outgoing and confident personality
