JOB PURPOSE
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the Senior Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for identifying, driving and delivering effective digital marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers to the online business through new and existing channels. The successful candidate will have a keen understanding of online brand marketing, alongside planning and communicating brand strategies through digital channels.
We are looking for a sharp personality who will own their role in a relaxed/ entrepreneurial atmosphere.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing
· Responsible for digital marketing channel performance to drive customer acquisition and retention including, but not limited to, paid search, paid social, affiliates and SEO.
· Assist with weekly, monthly and yearly spend and revenue forecasting.
· Day to day management of performance marketing consultants and agencies to drive performance across the channels.
· Work closely with product and marketing teams to ensure assets that are delivered are in line with best practice.
· Discover and launch new acquisition channels.
· Refine and execute DM offering.
· Assist with management of email marketing calendar ensuring it aligns with key trading priorities.
· Launch and manage customer referral programme.
Ecommerce
· Daily management of DUKE + DEXTER website.
· Responsible for successful product and promotion launches on site.
· Manage D+D Facebook Shop.
· Manage development agency to refine the development roadmap.
· Drive consistent UX improvements to the D+D website to drive conversion, AOV and revenue per user.
ABOUT YOU
· Competent Shopify user.
· Strong analytical skillset.
· Self motivated.
· Google Analytics expert.
· At least 3 years hands on experience in a similar role.
· Fashion experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
