Pay Rate: $60,000 Salary w/benefits

Position: IT Project Manager

Location: Bay Area, CA

Must Haves

• Must be able to come into Union City, CA office M-F
• Must be able to travel throughout the Bay Area to visit high end customers/projects
• Must have technical background Example: Has worked as a system administrator, network engineer, etc.
• Be technician representative to demonstrate EMR CPR technical expertise to assist in Sales calls
• Must be extremely well in communications
• Must have experience in coordination

What the IT PM will be doing

• Managing multiple high level IT projects for customersData Center Moves, IT Moves, Audio Visual, Technical projects
• Managing/leading team onsite to run the project activity
• Main point of contact for the customer (email, phone, text, in person)
• Manage vendors that are outsourced
• Manage scope, schedule, budget
• Put together quotes with Sales
• Get vendor quotes for Sales
• Run entire project(s) form start to finish, including project preparation, procurement of materials and vendors, putting schedules together, managing execution of the project(s), monitoring and controlling, invoicing the customer
• Put together change orders and obtain customer approval
• Upsell EMR CPR services onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• San Francisco Bay Area, CA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Scrum: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• PMP (Preferred)
