Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in planning and executing technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Showcase your expertise in email and SharePoint migrations, ensuring smooth transitions and seamless collaboration for our clients.
  • Utilise your in-depth knowledge of Intune and Azure to implement effective device management and leverage cloud solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating project status, risks, and recommendations.
  • Develop and implement robust strategies for successful project delivery, balancing technical requirements with business objectives.
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, offering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading technical projects, ideally within a Managed Service Provider setting.
  • Strong expertise in email and SharePoint migrations, with a track record of successful implementations.
  • Solid understanding of Intune and Azure, enabling efficient device management and utilization of cloud solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and address project risks and issues.
