Job Description
The Customer Welcome and Access Manager plays a key role in the Customer Experience Department, maximising revenue through pro-active ticket inventory management and a drive for donations and memberships, and leads on the access provision throughout the organisation.
Working closely with the Customer Experience and Operations Manager they will be jointly responsible for providing a pro-active, visible presence and strong leadership, enabling an incredible welcome for all visitors and regularly acting as Duty Manager on site.
The ideal applicant will have experience of working in an arts/hospitality/events environment at a supervisory level.
We are looking for someone who is proactive about both brilliant customer care and opportunities to maximise revenue, and who is confident in leading a diverse team of people. The successful candidate will also have a proactive attitude to inclusion and access.
