Role: Enabling the delivery of our flagship platform

Location: Remote, UK (must have right to work)

Days/week: Full Time

Starting Salary: £50k - £70k

This is an amazing opportunity to join our rapidly growing team as a Product Owner across our ecosystem of web applications.

Working closely with the CEO, you’ll be part of an experienced and high performing team, dedicated to leveraging cutting edge technologies to transform healthcare education and training to improve patient care.

Who you are:

  • You are personable and pragmatic

  • You’ve had a relevant set of skills and experiences for at least 5 years that have prepared you for this role. Perhaps you started your career in one of the big tech consultancies. Maybe you already made the move to start-ups/scale ups. You’ve probably have experience in business analysis and/or Product Owner roles

  • You are comfortable with high levels of complexity- you enjoy the mental gymnastics of getting your head around multi-dimensional problems

  • You are a gifted communicator and connector of people, you have a real strength in building relationships both within the team and in the wider business

  • You are a curious mind - you love figuring out how things work and, if they are broken, what to do to fix them

  • You are proactive and not easily phased by complexity, uncertainty or the fast pace of a scale up environment

  • You are a team player - you may have a job title but you’re always willing to roll up your sleeves and help wherever help is needed

  • You like to work with lovely talented people and would get a kick out of being part of a team that utilise cutting edge tech for good



What you will be doing:

  • You’ll be working with a close knit, high performing team on a variety of areas, with an initial focus on our web application ecosystem

  • You’ll be using your requirements gathering skills to analyze and document the requirements for a complex and growing platform

  • You’ll be writing using stories

  • You’ll be the bridge both within and outside of the team to ensure information and communication flows with ease and accuracy across the Product team

  • You’ll ensure the solution developed by the team aligns with the business requirements and that it delivers value

  • You’ll use your agile experience to define and prioritize backlogs for the team and you’ll work closely with the team to enable them to meet their priorities in a time effective way

  • You’ll likely lead on some of the scrum/agile ceremonies as needed

  • You’ll manage stakeholders' expectations across the company and ensure that the platform stays aligned to the business's needs and goals.

Sound like you?

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years in tech or consulting

  • Good experience in technical delivery, agile and scrum

  • Experience in delivering products for one or more of:
    • SAAS (B2B)

    • Healthcare

    • Healthcare Education

Bonus points for any of the following:

  • VR experience

  • Machine learning
