To ensure that the highest standards are maintained through regular and rigorous training on the latest technologies, demonstration and luxury customer hosting techniques.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


  • This role is Responsible for the 360-degree ownership of training and development within a function that requires technical and soft skills.
  • Providing planning expertise and inspiration in Training and Development
  • The review and regeneration of the Experience training framework, assets and processes to support the radical transformation required to deliver Modern Luxury and House of Brands strategies. Specifically, to include:
    • Competencies and Learner Journeys
    • Instructor Handbook
    • Curriculum of Training Programmes and Assets
    • Training Schedule / Calendar
  • Identifying and working with training agencies to define, create and deliver innovative training solutions and support new concept launches
  • Working with key stakeholders to mange training needs analysis
  • Enrolling key opinion formers and SME’s within the business and maintaining good relationships with all key markets and regional staff
  • Working with Network Excellence and external agencies to produce network and guest facing digital assets
  • Working closely with compliance manager, ensuring training is aligned with and drives compliance with Operating Standards, guidelines and licences
  • Lead contact for bespoke training courses and Engineering training liaison
  • Maintaining financial, resource and budget control
  • Management of launch planning processes and SME meeting cadence to ensure timely delivery of new solutions


WHAT YOU'LL NEED


  • Knowledge-Learning and Development Expertise, Training Agency Management, Training Design principles, Training Delivery and Measurement, Appreciation of Experiential marketing principles, how to critique and improve on business as usual
  • Skills- Proven track record in the deployment of network training to instil change, experience in training needs analysis and development of coherent training programmes and platforms. Ideally either experience or an appreciation of working with entrepreneurial business owners and with global markets and cultures. Team management experience or equivalent and excellent team player with good interpersonal and presentation skills. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • The training manager will not be a trainer or assessor but may be required to organise and act as the face of exciting and dynamic team Drive Challenge programmes that bring training to life and motivate the global network of brand experts and hosts to be the best that they can be
