What will you be doing?


  • Work closely with engineering teams to understand the current data architecture and infrastructure.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for our internal data processing pipeline focusing on value, performance, and monetisation.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and customers to gather product requirements and ensure all parties have the same expectations.
  • Analyse performance criteria and compliance requirements to ensure integrations meet security, privacy, and regulatory needs.
  • Establish strong relationships and processes for working with external vendors and customer engineering teams.
  • Own the product backlog. Prioritise it and communicate it to all the stakeholders.
  • Develop roadmaps and project plans for phased integration rollouts, focused on delivering incremental value.
  • Keep internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams updated on progress, risks, and milestones related to integration projects.
  • Lead the collaboration with other teams to ensure alignment of features and implementation timelines.
  • Triage issues raised and work with the tech leads and engineering manager to prioritise them.
  • Create comprehensive documents for users, customers, and partners.


Essential requirements

  • 3+ years as Product Manager.
  • Technical expertise to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong product management skills with the ability to contribute to a product vision, and roadmap and prioritise the backlog.
  • Acumen to understand business goals, market trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a cross-functional team.
  • Well versed in agile processes.


Desirable

  • Background in Software Engineering or Data Science.
  • Good understanding of modern data integration patterns.
  • Experience in build SaaS products.


Interview Process

  • Getting to know you:

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit for Adarga. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

  • Phone Interview:

In this meeting, you will meet with a Senior member of our team who will take a deeper dive into the technical aspects of the Product Manager role here at Adarga, where you can expect some high level technical questions, competency-based questions and another chance to ask any questions you have.

  • Demo and Team Interview:

In this meeting, meet with two members of our Product Management team where you will discuss various aspects of Product Management processes and practices here at Adarga and your experiences to date. At this stage, you will also receive a Product Demo giving more insight into our core platform to form further conversations.

  • Final Interview:

You made it to the very last stage! Here we will look to walk through your experience, the role you played at the company, different projects that were worked on and the impact you had, and give you an opportunity to see the wider team during an informal talk.
