Full Time, 35 Hours per week

We are looking for a motivated and positive person to integrate into our established team of technical staff providing practical classes to the Bio Medical Teaching Organisation (BMTO). You must be reliable, coachable and have a positive “can-do” attitude.
The Opportunity:
To join a team of experienced technicians delivering practical classes to undergraduates from all 4 years of teaching. Further professional development is encouraged and you will be hands on in the laboratories dealing with students and academic staff .
Your skills and attributes for success
- Biology and Chemistry to at least Higher level (further study in science field also a positive).
- Ability to work as part of a team, take instruction and work solo where the situation demands.
- Interest in laboratory work and some experience of dealing with public and providing customer service.
- Reliable with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Desire to learn and develop both yourself and our practical class program.
