Job description
- Demonstrated skills in evaluating, implementing, and administering Marketing Automation systems and other Marketing technology platforms. Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Pardot preferred.
- Strong experience analyzing platforms and technologies; evaluating decision criteria; and identifying and implementing platforms, technologies, and processes to meet stakeholder demand.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Focused on the use of data to drive results.
- Ability to manage flow of information between parties and proactively communicate with all stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt language and presentation style to effectively communicate to different audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities rapidly and quickly reorient or adjust staff priorities appropriately. Ability to self-manage workloads against multiple competing priorities and deadlines
- Ability to lead cross-functional marketing and technology teams, advocate for Marketing technology and collaborate across the organization to create integrated solutions.
- Understanding of best practices for change management, including implementation of new marketing technology rollouts.
- Working knowledge of technical digital concepts and tools, including relational databases, customer data integration, analytic modeling, campaign management, and business intelligence systems.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
