Job Summary
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, you will develop and execute marketing automation campaigns that drive leads, nurture prospects, and increase conversions. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and creative teams to create targeted campaigns, segment audiences, and analyze performance to maximize ROI. Your expertise in marketing automation platforms, CRM tools, and data analysis will be instrumental in helping our clients achieve their marketing objectives and grow their businesses.

Base Salary Band: $55,696 - $90,000

What You'll Do
- Develop and implement marketing automation campaigns using various marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot), including email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer journey mapping.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and critical messaging, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategies and goals.
- Design and build email templates, landing pages, and forms, utilizing best practices for design, user experience, and deliverability.
- Segment audiences and create personalized content to optimize engagement and conversion rates for each target group.
- Integrate marketing automation platforms with CRM tools (Salesforce) to streamline lead management and ensure accurate campaign performance tracking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and overall ROI, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing optimization and improvement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to marketing automation platforms, CRM integrations, or campaign execution.
- Stay current on marketing automation best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.
What We Need
- 2-5 years experience in a relevant, related field
- Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics. Familiarity with various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Automation Tool Proficiency: Expertise in working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools. Ability to set up and manage automated marketing campaigns, workflows, and lead nurturing processes.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using marketing automation software and associated tools. Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization and landing page creation. Basic understanding of CRM integration, and data management.
- Data Analysis: Ability to analyze marketing data and derive actionable insights. Proficient in using analytics tools to measure campaign performance, track conversions, and optimize marketing efforts. Understanding of key metrics such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Desired Qualifications
- Segmentation and Personalization: Skill in segmenting target audiences based on various criteria, such as demographics, behavior, or engagement. Ability to create personalized campaigns and dynamic content that resonates with different segments.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Experience in lead generation strategies, including lead scoring, lead qualification, and lead nurturing workflows. Knowledge of best practices for converting leads into customers through effective nurturing campaigns.
