Job description
St. Regis Catholic School in Bloomfield Hills is looking for a full time Technology Teacher for grades Kindergarten through 8th grade. This position is provided to us through Clarkston Community School, our Shared Time partners. This means that the qualified candidate would be employed by the public school system but work in Bloomfield Hills at St. Regis. The qualified candidate will be responsible for teaching technology concepts, typing, coding, along with being responsible for the school library check out system.
Qualifications:
- Valid Elementary Michigan Teaching Certification
- Elementary K-5 all subjects (K-8 All subjects self-contained classroom) (ZG) endorsement is required. or something similar
- Willingness and ability to work cooperatively on a teaching team.
- Credential file documentation of successful attainment, excellent student teacher and/or teaching experiences.
- Computer/Technology knowledge such as Microsoft Office, Internet, E-Mail, Google, Creation of web pages, etc. required.
- Well established classroom management techniques.
