Senior Analyst, B2B Marketing – Data & Services, North AmericaOverviewMastercard Data & Services encompasses Mastercard's offerings beyond the transaction, providing customers across industries with a variety of solutions, from consulting, loyalty solutions, to data and analytics, to drive better business outcomes. The Data & Services B2B Marketing team focuses on driving revenue growth by designing and implementing end-to-end marketing campaigns.
This role within the North America regional marketing team, focuses on designing and executing full-funnel B2B marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and grow the Data & Services business among merchant organizations (retailers, restaurants, consumer goods manufacturers, travel operators, etc.).
Role Responsibilities Include:
- Manage and execute in-market campaigns including digital advertising campaigns, virtual events including webinars, and development of sales enablement content with the goal of driving Data & Services sales with merchant organizations
- Contribute to in-market event (owned events and industry events) execution including branding and content development of US merchants event strategy and lead the event planning and execution
- Collaborate with regional and global business leaders to identify business priorities to inform marketing activity
- Analyze campaign performance against evaluation metrics (e.g., leads and sales opportunities generated), and consistently communicate outcomes to stakeholders while identifying opportunities to improve performance
- Effectively partner with third parties (e.g., marketing agencies, event organizers, etc.) and internal partners to drive desired outcomes

- Overall business aptitude and commercial orientation with an understanding of B2B marketing and business development strategies.
- ‘Customer first’ orientation, strong project management skills, keen attention to detail, and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
- Adaptability: ability to act fast when unforeseen changes occur to ensure events ultimately run smoothly
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally including across other marketing functions, sales, strategy, and product management teams
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and hard-working professional with ability to own projects from start to finish
- Experience developing sales collateral (e.g., presentations, product overview material) for an executive-level external audience
- Experience of working in some of the industries of focus for the role: Retail, Restaurants, Consumer Goods Manufacturers, Travel & Hospitality, and Telco is a plus
- Excited to contribute to a growing, fast moving, and highly collaborative team with a ‘make-it-happen’ attitude
- Experience with event tracking and/or CRM technologies like Salesforce a plus
