Technical Consultant (Consultant Grade)

Technical Consultant (Consultant Grade) London, England

DAINTTA
Full Time London, England 45000 - 60000 GBP ANNUAL Today
Job description

Who are we looking for?

You know how to make things better. Advance. Grow. You use past experiences, past approaches and improve them to benefit your clients. You know that “because that's how we've always done it” isn't reason enough to continue. You appreciate technology, and keep up as it progresses and evolves, whilst simultaneously being able to suggest simple (yet effective) solutions.

You focus on the future and thrive most when solving problems. Client's love working with you: you're honest and do things when you say you will. You also know how to explain things without making them feel foolish, or less-than. You can educate. Inspire. It doesn't matter who you're talking to.

You've got a background in telecommunications and networking, software development, data or cyber, and you want to use your expertise to help businesses improve. You're equally comfortable presenting to clients and building prototypes. You're a collaborator and enjoy stepping out of your role from time to time, whether it's to support your clients, colleagues or to learn something new.

What might you be doing?

  • Presenting recommendations based on data, observations, and facts
  • Assessing your clients' technical needs – and understanding how their needs are different to wants
  • Supporting the development and introduction of new services and technologies to existing and new clients
  • Developing innovative solutions for complex client challenges
  • Accurately delivering high quality work to agreed timelines
  • Taking the initiative and knowing how to jump straight in
  • Managing key client stakeholder relationships and making our clients love you (and us)
  • Supporting client engagements, including pitches and presentations
  • Helping to support & grow the consulting workforce and team at Daintta
  • Representing us and our core values: Transparent, fair and daring

Sounds like something you'd enjoy? Here's a bit more about you:

  • You are degree educated, with 2-5 years' industry experience
  • You have worked in client delivery before – and have worked across a range of client projects – including some in data intelligence, technology or security domains
  • Your interpersonal skills are second to none
  • You are security cleared or capable and willing to undergo security clearance
  • You are an innovator and expert at technical consulting
  • You have experience in consulting within data intelligence, technologies and security domains
  • You have experience with one or more of the following technologies: Software development (full stack), Telecommunications & networking, Cyber Security and/or Data Science
  • You have UK security clearance at SC or above or are eligible and willing to go through clearance

Location?

Hybrid, with 2-3 days working from Daintta office or on client site as required.

What's in it for you?

In addition to being rewarded fairly for your contribution to the business, you get to work in a dynamic organisation that is agile and responsive. A business that is growing fast and where you get to drive and shape the future. A place where you are respected by everyone and your voice is important. Somewhere where you can be innovative and creative. A place where you have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of business from marketing to sales, to delivery and business operations.

Time to tell you about us!

We are Daintta. We provide deep expertise with technical and business specialists to help clients and organisations secure and protect the UK. In complex environments, we use innovative methods to solve the hardest data challenges to help organisations make more informed and accurate decisions, at scale and faster.
