Hours: Full-Time: Mon-Fri
Small office of an Italian Restaurant requires an experienced person to assist with office administration and marketing projects.
Ongoing responsibilities include:
- managing and updating clients database
- setting up and managing e-mail accounts
- administration of the office: filling invoices, making payments, dealing with suppliers
- development and implementation of marketing strategies
- design of marketing materials such as newsletters, posters, banners etc
- organising and promoting events
- setting and updating Instagram, Facebook, Twitter
- Managing and analysing Google account
- tracking and measuring the success of all marketing activities
The ideal candidate must have:
- experience in the restaurant business
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- good social media and technical ability: Canva, Social medias as a minimum
- strong personal skills: highly organised, positive attitude and confident
- self-motivated individual who is able to get tasks completed by a deadline
- the ability to multi-task is essential
