Job description

The Role:

This is an engaging role, working on a wide range of different IT and digital orientated projects

  • Defining scope, managing change, and ensuring the correct level of challenge is made to the business's requirements.
  • Running one to one client interviews and workshops
  • Maintaining and creating process flow diagrams, business requirements, and project documentation
  • Undertaking process and functional efficiency reviews and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Define and manage business and systems requirements.
  • Producing progress reports & undertaking reviews (health-check) and process reviews
  • Supporting the design, testing and implementation of new processes and systems requirements

What we are looking for:

Previous experience of working as a Technical Business Analyst in Software Development, preferably in an Agile environment, or having similar experience in other areas.

Experience in process modelling, capturing business requirements, and performing gap analysis.

Ability to write detailed user stories with technical details to help development team build the corresponding objects effectively.

Experience working as a business analyst in a scrum team and supporting product owners to articulate business needs across epics, features, and user stories.

Ability to facilitate workshops and interviews with key stakeholders to elicit requirements and key information.

An understanding of test approaches and experience in supporting testing activities, including development and execution of test scripts.

Previous experience in Insurance or Finance Industry would be beneficial (but not mandatory).

An understanding of Restful APIs would be advantageous.
