We are looking for a Human Resources Administrator to join us on a full time, permanent basis for working 37 hours per week.
- THE ROLE -
You will provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department undertaking a variety of administrative duties to support the efficient and smooth running of the department. This will include acting as a point of contact for general HR queries, undertaking recruitment administration, offering support to recruiting line managers using the e-recruitment system and supporting the onboarding process for new employees. You will be expected to provide administrative support to the Staff Development team and support the sickness absence process.

- ABOUT YOU -
To be considered as a Human Resources Administrator, you will need:
- Educated to GCSE level or experience
- Previous experience in providing high quality HR and Recruitment administrative support including using a recruitment system
- The ability to manage workload, organising and prioritising work to meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Experience of using MS Office and IT systems
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Educated to a degree level and/or CIPD qualification or working towards
- Experience of using a HR Management Information System
- Ability to communicate through the medium of Welsh
