What’s involved in this role:

• Assist with quality audits and in the development of quality management and quality assurance standards
• Organize the inspection of non-conforming products and communicate inspection results
• Establish methods to show trends, deficiencies, and improvements in product quality and communicate results
• Assist with quality document review and updates
• Conduct environmental swabbing
• Back-up for lab coverage

What you need to join our team:

• Hold a Diploma or College level courses in food technology, chemistry, quality, biology, or relevant technical fields
• Proficient in excel, specifically in graphing, trending, and mathematical functions
• Continuous improvement experience
• Working knowledge of HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Excellent data analysis capabilities and strong time management skills
• Good knowledge of manufacturing and sanitation processes
